CESAR (the Construction & Agricultural Equipment Security and Registration scheme) is the industry-standard identification scheme for plant and agricultural machinery. Each registered asset carries tamper-evident markings and a unique identifier held in a national database accessible to UK police forces.
CESAR registration on its own reduces theft risk and improves recovery outcomes — police can identify and return recovered assets even when VIN plates have been removed. Combined with an ATV Trac S5 tracker, CESAR gives you a comprehensive identification and recovery solution.

How we fit an ATV Trac
Pre-fit

On the day
We travel to your premises. Hidden-fit varies by asset type — tractor cab, plant chassis, bike frame. CAN integration where applicable, battery-powered install on non-powered assets, CESAR markings applied, bench-test of signal. 1.5–3 hours depending on asset.
Post-fit
Registration with ATV Trac control room, CESAR database entry, app configured, Thatcham certificate emailed same day — and copied to your agricultural broker on request.
